Job Description
Ultramar Gas Station & Coffee Shop is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will help oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff involved in food preparation and service
- Train employees on duties, hygiene, and safety standards
- Ensure adherence to work schedules and operational procedures
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints
- Estimate food and supply requirements
- Hire and schedule food service staff
- Maintain inventory, sales records, and equipment logs
- Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and cost control
- Check and verify food trays and deliveries
- Ensure company cooking methods and quality standards are followed
