a) Hold a medical degree (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, MBBS, or equivalent) that is registrarible to the Brunei Medical Council (BMB).

c) Have at least 3 years of clinical experience after completing internship/home training/foundational training/pre-registration training.
d) Attending postgraduate training or holding a postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty is an added advantage.
