Explanation of volunteering to work in Lithuania
The Palanga Youth and Volunteer Center in Lithuania is the first of its kind in the country, built from the ground up to support young people and volunteers. We work with young people aged 14 to 29, providing them with opportunities for personal growth, skills development, and active participation in community life. We invite international volunteers to join our team and contribute to the center’s daily operations. Volunteers will:
• Supporting our youth activities and workshops
• Assisting in organizing and managing youth events
• Helping with creative, educational, and social projects at the center
• Developing and implementing their own initiatives based on their interests and skills
We encourage volunteers to bring their hobbies and talents to the center. For example, if you play a musical instrument, you can organize music lessons, group practice sessions, or musical evenings. We provide musical instruments and plan to open a recording studio, which will offer even more opportunities for creative projects. This program is ideal for volunteers who enjoy working with young people, are creative and proactive, and live in a supportive and inspiring international environment at the heart of the Lithuanian Palanga Foundation.

We are looking for enthusiastic and open-minded volunteers aged 18-30 at the Planaga Youth and Volunteer Center to join our team and contribute to the daily life of the center. Ideal candidates:

– Are responsible, proactive, and open to new experiences.
– Are comfortable taking the lead and developing their own activities or workshops.
